Dr. Richardson is board certified in psychiatry and has been working in the mental health field for over twenty-five years. He was graduated from Harvard College and completed his medical training at McGill University in Canada. Dr. Richardson has been in active practice in New Jersey for more than fifteen years and is Vice-Chief of the Overlook Hospital Department of Psychiatry. His practice interests focus on communication, positive thinking, anger management, psychotherapy, and psychotropic medication to allow people to reach their full potential. He has expertise in psychopharmacology especially dealing with depression, mania, panic, and anxiety. He was recently selected as one of the top doctors in the New York Metropolitan Area by Castle Connolly Medical, Ltd.
